You may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of receiving your order.
After this period, unfortunately, we cannot accept requests.
Items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
The invoice or order number must be included with the product.
Underwear, accessories, and perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.

Specify the product you wish to return or exchange and state the reason for the request.
We will coordinate with the shipping company to collect the item from your address.
Once the item is received and inspected, we will either send a replacement or process a refund within 7–10 business days.
If the return or exchange is due to a store error (e.g., wrong item sent or manufacturing defect), Jawaher Clothing will cover all shipping costs.
In other cases (e.g., size change or personal preference), the customer bears the shipping cost.
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used for the order.
The time required for the refund to appear may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Discounted or promotional items may not be eligible for return unless they have a manufacturing defect.
Customized or altered products based on the customer’s request cannot be returned or exchanged.
